Foot Pain Success in Tampa Bay Overcoming Pain & Injury, Increasing Efficiency!
Allow me to answer the “million dollar” question that may ultimately cross your mind at any moment as you read this success story---No, I am not being held at gunpoint, I am not being paid, nor was I persuaded in any way to write this letter. Quite the opposite in fact. I am sincerely more than willing to share my personal success story involving Dr. Robert Levine and the Florida Biomechanics Group. At the age of 19, I’d lost over 110lbs. Most of my success at the time was due to a newly active lifestyle. As a daily routine, my exercise of choice was to run. I’m 32 now. After years of enjoying my passion for running I was very much dis-heartened to wake up in the mornings with aches and pains in both of my feet. Did I strain a muscle? A Tendon? Surely it must just be a bad pair of shoes. After all I was only 29 years old. Little did I know this seemingly insignificant distraction was the beginning of what would turn out to be a fight to save my enthusiasm, my joy and my passion. Over the course of the next 3 years I educated myself with reading materials on the subject of Biomechanics. I made appointments with a slew of doctors whose specialty and expertise was solely in the area of foot pain. I was willing to spend any amount of money and I was willing to follow any diagnosis short of surgery. I was so disappointed that nothing and no one seemed to have the answers that my body was searching for. Here’s what was suggested----------and here’s what I tried: (some of these were on going treatments for years)
. Reflexology (foot massage)
. Electrical therapy
. Light wave therapy
. Physical therapy
. Sound wave therapy
. Hot soaks/cold soaks
. The Graston Technique
. Root orthotics (Root being the “founding father” of shoe orthotics)
. Cortisone shots
. B-12 shots
. Walking boots
. Crutches
. Oral steroids
. Ointments and crèmes
. NSAIDS
. Daily stretching
. A closet full of new shoes
Although some of the above provided relief for a day or two, none of them got to the heart of the matter. That’s when I met Dr. Robert Levine and the Florida Biomechanics Group. His office was a good 45 minutes to an hour for me to commute too---and for this reason I almost dismissed going to see him. Another doctor, another suggestion……..another waste of time for sure. Much to my surprise, he was able to give me a new perspective on his profession within minutes of entering the room on the very 1st appointment. His explanations, experience and expertise helped me to understand why my feet were experiencing pain. There is much more to this story but all you need to know for sure is this….Within one week of wearing a pair of orthotics that were made by his group, there was an undeniable change in the way my feet had felt in years. Within 3 months I am 99.99% totally back to normal. I have noticed a total decrease in fatigue throughout my working day. My knees, my back and my mind is young and free again. I have also learned one valuable lesson that I feel inclined to share with you. From my experiences, there appear to be many “self-proclaimed” experts in the area of foot restoration and care. I am truly thankful that during my long 3 year trial, I was eventually able to meet a “real life” expert right here in my local area. Thanks Dr. Levine always.
Respectfully,
Andrew Alfonso
I have always been athletic. Participating in sports all my life. I started participating in the sport of triathlon 3 years ago. During my training I frequently battled plantar fasciatis, IT band syndrome, hip pain, and an achy low back. I had weak ankles and they were always sore. I wore store bought orthotics but the problems still persisted. I always thought the aches and pains were normal, part of the training process. After all, I was having success at all distances, especially 70.3 races. I qualified for Clearwater 70.3 where I posted a time of 4.45. The run has always been my strength, but I was still having problems with IT band, heel, hip, and low back. Yes my whole body was miss-aligned. I paid several very expensive massage therapists to work out my aches and pains. This had only a band aide effect on my symptoms.
I recalled seeing Dr. Levine’s ad in Race Place magazine. I figured I had nothing to lose. I was skeptical because I had Doctor made orthotics in the past as well as store bought and nothing worked to my expectations. So I got a pair of orthotics several months ago from Dr. Levine. The orthotics are amazing and they work. Unlike other Dr. made orthotics, his are adjustable in his office to fit your needs. I no longer have any of the chronic nagging aches and pains I had before. My legs are much stronger and I recover faster from runs. My run splits are faster. I can rum faster and further than before. I don’t get as tired. Sometimes when I’m running in races and run past other races I say to myself “if you only knew what I have in my shoes.” Sometimes I feel like I’m cheating. I like them so much I purchased a second pair for everyday use and a pair for running.

I came to Dr. Levine’s office 10 months ago on the recommendations of my daughter (Kiley’s) pediatrician. We brought her in to have her foot checked. I felt it seemed “off” a bit. Turned out she needed orthotics.
I had myself evaluated too because I was waking up in pain every morning. I’m 42 and a runner. This pain was interfering with my workouts significantly. Dr. Levine prepared orthotics for me (I have fallen arches). I have used them as prescribed since my diagnosis and can honestly say I have no pain when I get up in the morning and have been able to run 15-20 miles a week. I’m thrilled about that.
I also wish to comment on Dr. Levine’s passion about what he does and how orthotics can improve a number of ailments (I also had hip pain which has subsided). He really takes the time to sit and educate patients on his process. I feel he takes a very thorough, measured approach to his practice.
Sincerely,
Mark C. Ondash
Thank you very much for putting orthotic inserts in my daughter’s shoes and ice skates. Last February, several ice skaters in our rink were recommended to you by Mr. Jeff French, who said that you might be able to solve some of Tracy’s problems by putting orthotics in her skates. A couple of skaters said that after they used your orthotics, their jumps seemed better. Tracy’s partner Michael Chau especially recommended the orthotics.
After hearing all of this, we decided to put one pair of orthotics in our daughter’s running shoes, and another pair in her ice skates. What a difference they made. Her jumps are a lot better. She seems to be lining up better on her landings too. You spent so much time with us, listening to her problems. Many, many times you came to the rink to watch our skaters skate. Now my daughter wouldn’t skate without her orthotics.
Michael Chau, my daughter’s partner got his orthotics two weeks before their first Nationals. Without your orthotics, I don’t think they could have won 3rd place in Novice in 2006, 1st place in Novice in 2007, and 2nd place in Junior in 2008. Thanks again! Thank you so much for your orthotics!
Tracy Tanovich and Michael Chau
Dear Dr. Levine,
I would just like to thank you for everything you’ve done for us! You have been so helpful to both Tracy and I. Your help has made it so much easier and better for all of us here. I cannot express the happiness it brings me (and my coaches) to know my feet are being correctly placed. I am so lucky to have met you and been able to use your knowledge to my advantage. I as well as everyone else here are so glad to have you part of our team here in the Southwest Florida Figure Skating Club. We couldn’t have done it without you!
Sincerely,
Michael Chau

I have just had my fastest 5K (in a triathlon no less) since starting racing again three years ago after not racing for 12 years. The improved efficiency has made a measurable difference in my running speed. Not only has my speed increased, but my Achilles tendon, which I hurt in February, has recovered with no indication of going out again!

I really wasn’t sure it would make a difference in how I walk, how it would give me better balance, how it was going to make those back aches disappear, and how it would give me more pleasure on the golf course. In fact, I really doubted it would make a significant change in my walking, and comfort level.
I have my second pair of orthotics, when Dr. Levine first suggested I try them, I was hesitant, they cost a great deal of money, but it was the right decision, it has made such a difference, I wear them 95% of the day. Without them my legs get very tired and uncomfortable, I may never get to have the golf score I dream of, I did get a hole in one, and I can enjoy biking, walking and swimming.
Physically, Dr. Levine says I no longer have one leg longer than the other, my hips, my spine are all in better alignment. I continue to see him to check the orthotics, when I feel there is a change I can call immediately. I love how he was able to convince me to take this step, I appreciate his continued concern.
If you question the need when Dr. Levine suggests trying orthotics, I recommend you take his advice. You must make a commitment to follow his instructions, it takes a little time but when your feet become accustomed to them, you will find a big difference and will be very happy you took his advice.

I’ve had foot and leg pain since I was a little kid. It had become such an “expected” part of my life that I never thought of getting rid of it. I just figured I would suffer the whole way through. I had tried orthotics before and they certainly helped but nothing actually fixed the problem of intense pain every time I stood for any period of time.
To make matters worse, I chose a part of my professional like to become a workshop facilitator. This required that I stand on my feet all day long, sometimes for three to five days on end. I used to soak my feet in the tub in my hotel room every night, knowing the pain would only be worse the next day. More importantly to me, I found it virtually impossible to just stand in one place and talk—I was more comfortable in a state of constant motion to relieve the strain. I always this robbed my presentation style of some of the power I wanted to deliver.
Then I met Dr. Bob Levine! The first time I tried on the orthotics he made for me, my response was, “you’ve got to be kidding!!” I knew it was impossible for me to ever walk comfortably with those things in my shoes! A week later, I began singing a different tune. Now I never put shoes on without my orthotics in them. I can stand for days at a time with no pain, no cramps and no need to constantly keep moving. I seem to be using my bones to keep me upright, rather than my muscles and tendons. After only about a month of wearing the orthotics daily I facilitated a corporate workshop for five straight days. During that time I experienced no pain in my feet and legs and didn’t soak them even once!. After 50 years of pain this was remarkable!

Thank you! Thank you!
My new orthotics are the best I have ever worn in the past 40 years!! My heel pain has fully dissipated and I have no lower back pain that I have suffered from prior to these orthotics. I fully endorse them

Dear Dr. Levine:
I was experiencing pain in my feet, knees and hips for a long time. I was fitted with orthotics in Massachusetts but they did not help much.
When I came here for the winter season I went to a Chiropractic Internist in palm Harbor whom I had been to before. She suggested that I visit you and have you evaluate my problem.
I was never aware that there was any procedure in our health system using biomechanics adjustments to the body by the use of orthotics for the feet such as your practice.
My first visit with you was most impressive, by virtue of your knowledge of the body and its functions, in relation to the feet. I was never aware that the feet had such a profound effect on the body.
After viewing the way I walked, you diagnosed that my hips were not level in a horizontal plain, my feet were rolling and I was walking like a duck. Also that the orthotics I was wearing were not adjusted properly.
Subsequent adjustments to these orthotics diminished my aches and pains to zero.
These orthotics were not very good quality, thus they did not hold these adjustments very long.
I had you and John, your associate make me a new pair of high quality orthotics in your on-site lab, to the exact requirements of my feet. With some small subsequent adjustments they have resolved my problems and given me a greater quality of life and have held the adjustments for the past year.
I am forever grateful to the caring, personal attention and professionalism of you and your staff in resolving my problems. You may display this letter as you wish.
Sincerely

As a 10 year old child I had foot problems. They were called “flat feet” which also rolled in at the ankle. Doctors told me to roll my feet over a round object and to not go upstairs on my toes, but my feet still hurt.
At the age of 21, I went into the military. The doctors there put heavy steel shanks, Thomas heels and metatarsal bars in my shoes. This action helped me but my feet still hurt. When I was about 40 and still in the military, they made me leather orthotics then fiberglass orthotics. My foot condition worsened gradually until age 73 I could hardly walk.
I found a foot doctor who felt he had the answer. His treatment was to give shots in the feet and new plastic orthotics. After about one year of this treatment I was nearer to the “no walking” point than I had ever been. Next a man who made braces and sold shoes sold me on the idea of special shoes with new full length orthotics. After one week of his treatment I had to have help just to get around, even at home.
It was then that a friend referred me to his friend, who in turn had me contact his brother, John Feulner. John examined my feet, asked me many questions and genuinely listened to my story. He then introduced me to Dr. Levine who after viewing x-rays and watching me walk, identified the problem. New orthotics were hand made and it was suggested that I get a new pair of New Balance shoes, model 925 which are designed for over-pronated feet.
After three weeks of wearing the new orthotic and shoes, most of my foot pain was gone! After a minor adjustment to the orthotic and an additional four weeks 95% of the pain was gone. I can walk, go to the store and stand for a much longer period of time than I had previously been able to endure.
With the special shoes, plus the attention and expertise and knowledge of Dr. Levine and John’s ability to measure and manufacture a proper orthotic to fit my needs, my problems have been brought under control and hopefully the pain will be completely eliminated as treatment continues.

My name is Joanne. I work at a Spa and my feet ached from being on them all day. After suffering for many months I finally came to see Dr. Levine. We discovered that my shoes I was wearing were all wrong for me. After correcting the shoes I wear and the orthotics made especially for my feet, I am pain free. It sure is a joy to work without pain.

I have been unable to walk without limping for about a year. Treatment by an orthopedist with cortisone shots did not help, neither did acupuncture. Finally while purchasing a pair of sneakers I was directed by the saleswoman to Dr. Levine.
At my first visit Dr. Levine diagnosed my problem as heel spurs, taped my foot after taking a mold for arch supports and instructed me to do exercises daily.
I wore my supports faithfully, never walked barefoot and gave up all high heels, this was worth the price of being pain free.
Now it is three years later, my feet are perfectly healed and I no longer wear arch supports except for long distance walking. Happiness is wearing pretty shoes again!
Pauline Monize
Dr. Levine saw me for a severely painful toe, feet and legs. He explained what caused the problem with my toe pain and instructed me on how to buy a proper pair of shoes. As a result I found a shoe perfect for me and since have had no trouble with my toe, feet or legs.
Thank you for your help Dr. Levine, you’re the best!!

Dr. Levine changed my life!! I was a crossing guard for a number of years and developed shin splints and tendonitis of both feet. My physician prescribed a foot cream and inflammation pills. I still had pain and could hardly walk until I came to see Dr. Levine. He made it possible for me to walk again.
He changed my life; he made it possible for me to enjoy walking again!!
Thank you, thank you,
Ann Chebuske
When I came in my heel spurs were very painful and it was difficult walking. Dr. Levine worked with me for 7 weeks and each week was better as I went. We never expect feet problems but they do occur. I cooperated in all he advised me to do and here I am. I am walking free of pain!!
Thank you

My feet have been my real problem since an early unsuccessful hammertoe operation at a very young age. My shoes always needed some sort of an orthotic and the callous build up was a constant problem.
I first started seeing Dr. Levine about 5 years ago. I had continuous neruomas and the injections that were administered rarely were effective. Upon my first visit Dr. Levine made my new orthotics. I had gradual relief and he continued to adjust them so that eventually I became continually more comfortable. I have had no pain from the neuromas ever since. I do realize the callous problem at this stage is partly the result of the lack of a fat pad, but I truly know that my ability to walk is the result of the orthotics Dr. Levine adjusted and perfected.

The orthotics made for me by Dr. Levine has greatly improved the quality of my life. Prior to visiting Dr. Levine I worked in retail management where I stood on hard floors up to seventy hours per week. Due to the constant and intense pain, I engaged the services of my first podiatrist who diagnosed me with plantar fascitis, heel spurs and neuromas. Treatment included ice therapy, taping, stretching, numerous cortisone injections, orthotics and eventually surgery. The end result was that I had to quit my profession of almost thirty years due to the pain level in my feet not being appreciably diminished. I became what depressed at the prospect of starting over at forty five and knowing I would always be limited in my activity level due to discomfort in my feet.
Dr Levine was recommended to me by my sister, and although I did not hold out much hope of any different results, I decided to give him a try. The first thing that really impressed me was that he took the time during our initial visit to really listen to me and explain things. Although the orthotics made by Dr. Levine was quite different from any others I had tried, and took a little time to adjust to, they have been well worth the effort. I have been in Dr. Levine’s orthotics approximately six months now. Yeah!!! Although I can not yet do physical activities at the level I once did, I am back to walking for exercise and go much farther without pain. Dr. Levine is confident I will continue to see improvements in my abilities, and I feel positive that with a little more time in these orthotics, I will be back to my old self!!!

I cannot count the ways that my orthotics by Dr. Levine have improved the quality of my life! When I first came to Dr. Levine after having been to two other doctors, I had sciatica, TMJ, A neuroma, plantar fascitis, one hammertoe, right knee pain and back pain. I was hurting almost constantly. Dr. Levine cast my feet for the orthotics himself and spent much time explaining the theory and reasons for doing what he was doing. I have had 3 pairs of orthotics in the ensuing 10 years that I have been his project and each pair improved on the last. I no longer have the joint pain or the sciatica. The hammertoe has relaxed quite a bit and the TMJ no longer pops when I eat. The plantar fascitis is gone. He checks my walk every time I see him and listens carefully to any complaints I might have when making adjustments. The explanations are very thorough which I appreciate. I always know what to look for in the future. As an added bonus, I actually stand up straighter and sit taller than I ever have in my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Levine to anyone who wants to feel the best they possibly can!
Sincerely,
Clare Peacock
PS When my daughter went to Washington DC and had to walk an average of 5 miles a day to and from the metro, Dr. Levine worked with her during her vacation visits here and actually spoke with her long distance to get her over the hardest times. She had really let the pain build to a very high level. She is now pain free!!
Dear Dr. Levine,
Well it has been a year to the date from my first visit with you and I still cannot believe how I feel. I know the old adage is “thank you for saving my life” however, I must amend that for myself, to say “thank you for giving me a life”.
I had no idea of the pain and discomfort I had allowed myself to get used to. If you remember the day I got my orthotics, I stood in front of you and cried, as I had never known or experienced what it meant to be pain free. As I said, I had no idea the pain I lived with daily, until the pain was gone in a moment’s time with the orthotics.
Being a post polio patient, I know now, that being able to walk daily will increase my chances of prolonging any true handicap. My overall health is much better due to the ability to walk daily. Most importantly, I think, for my family, I am happier, much less tired and able to do things with them that I always put off because I “just couldn’t make it”.
As a nanny, this past year, I have been able to carry the babies on my hip without any pain. In fact, I no longer need chiropractic adjustments to my hip. At one time, I had to give up my job due to the damage it was causing carrying the babies around. No longer am I afraid of stairs or escalators because I now feel secure in my step. This past year, I was able to stand eight to twelve hours daily during the holidays, preparing the meals for the family I work for.
In a moment…YOU GAVE ME A LIFE that I had no idea was available to me. I don’t think there will ever be a way for me to repay you. I do pray daily for the lord to prosper your practice and endeavors to reach others with your wonderful gift and talent. I ask that HE return to you a hundred fold all the time, wisdom and Knowledge you have given to so many others and me.

Hi Dr. Levine,
Remember I said I wanted to be in your book of success stories? Well guess what? I have been pain free for the last couple months. I started running again and have basically worked through the Achilles pain by doing the stretching you recommended. I didn’t want to jump the gun until I had enough history behind me to be sure of my recovery. I have been running about three days a week doing three to four miles. I did my first 5K yesterday and had a PR of 32:41, not bad for 55 years old. Anyway, I cannot thank you enough for getting me cured of my plantar fascitis that I suffered with for over one year. You were right in all of your advice and treatment. Patience was the main thing once we got the orthotics corrected and abstinence from running. I think you are a fantastic Podiatrist and will recommend you to anyone I encounter who needs one. Thank you so much for your patience, compassion and care. My compliments to Christie, she was always so pleasant and that is so important in an office!
Sincerely,

Dear Doctor Levine,
I usually do not write letters of commendation to professionals. However when someone can relieve my foot and leg pain as quickly as you did I believe you deserve a note of thanks.
As you know I came to your office after seeing two other well respected DPM’s. One of them insisted I come see you since you had worked wonders on his own adult son’s feet! I was in a lot of pain. I travel often and have to walk a lot. It was becoming almost debilitating.
Within an hour of our meeting I had two sets of orthotics which you and John had made for me and I walked out feeling a bit sore but able to walk. Within a week my feet were almost normal. Now I return to your office for modifications to the orthotics in order to continually adjust them to the changes in my posture.
You are so right when you describe how much better we feel when our “foundation” is properly aligned.
John is a professional and conveys his knowledge in a low key and very pleasant way.
Many thanks too, to Jennifer and Julie. What a friendly and efficient team they are! It is actually a pleasure to visit your office.
Thank you again.

I was in pain for the last 25 years suffering from low back pain. I was unable to participate in any active sport activity except on a very limited basis during this depressive period of my life. I was becoming a couch potato, irritable, fat and ugly.
I had been treated by the medical profession for my low back pain receiving massages, heat and cold treatments for relief. They were temporary in nature and resulted in depression and an anxiety state of mind.
When my wonderful wife convinced me to see here Podiatrist, Dr. Levine, approximately five years ago for a foot problem, a minor miracle happened when my foot problem was treated successfully by an orthotics appliance which was measured and prescribed by Dr. Levine. My back and foot problems disappeared following a few months of treatment. In fact, I ordered a second pair of Dr. Levine’s orthotics inserts which I use exclusively for my golf shoes. I now participate actively and regularly in golfing and bowling to my heart’s content.
I am a 78 year old male adult, diabetic with high blood pressure enjoying the great life of a 50 year old retiree living in the state of Florida.
I strongly urge anyone suffering from low back pain to have Dr. Levine treat them for this condition as they may lessen their low back pain as the result of a foot problem as was in my case.
P.S. I made my first hole-in-one on a 171 yard hole this past February 6, 2005

My name is Sue Beecham, and I am originally from Okemos, Michigan. In Michigan, the summer of 2003, I was going to a foot doctor because of the pains in my feet, knees and hip. He wanted to do surgery on my foot and remove a nerve and take care of a bunion that was growing. Eventually he said, I would need to have my knee taken care of and then probably my hip. I told him I would think about it, but first I had an appointment with my Rheumatology doctor. He suggested that before I had the surgery, to find a good foot doctor. I told him, who I was seeing and he said “I said a good foot doctor, not a good surgeon”. I was leaving for Florida the end of September , so I went back to my foot surgeon and told him I wasn’t going to have the surgery before I went to Florida. He told me that by the time I came back in the spring I would come crawling in begging him to do the surgery because the pain would only get worse.
A while after I had been in Florida about a month, one of my friends told me that a foot doctor was coming to the Club House to give a talk, so I went. He was Dr. Robert Levine of Florida BioMechanics Group. It was like listening to my Rheumatology doctor all over again. What did I have to lose- so I made an appointment. He it is 2005 and I am rid of the knee and hip pain caused by just needing a correction in my feet. I never did go back to the foot surgeon in Michigan. It is really amazing what can happen when you take care of the feet.
PS. And find a good foot doctor
Sue Beecham
Dr. Levine urged me to have orthotics made for my very, very, very flat feet, claiming that they would help my knees which were painful and my lower back as well. I am glad I listened to him, because everything he said came true and I am on my 3rd pair of orthotics, which I keep permanently in my shoes.
Thank you Florida Biomechanics Group.

Dear Dr. Levine,
I would like to tell you about the positive results we have achieved through your Biomechanics program. My mother, Leona , first began with your office approximately eight months ago. In May 2004 she had a stroke which affected her whole body. Through your diligence and attentiveness she has made great strides in her over all health.
When she first came to you she had many physical complaints, the most painful being constant headaches. I am pleased to say that after she received her custom made arch supports, she has not had any physical discomforts and not one headache since December, 2004.
Your staff is friendly gracious and knowledgeable, making our appointments a pleasure. My mom looks forward to seeing smiling familiar people that are ready to assist. Once again thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience! I am very grateful that you have given her many pain-free years to enjoy!

I would like to thank Dr. Robert Levine and his entire team for improving my comfort of life by allowing me to walk again without pain.
In 1999 I had an operation for severe Hallux Rigidus and throughout the years after (the operation), the pain (in my foot) got to the point where I had to adjust my body (mechanics) when walking, which actually caused back pain as well.
With the effort and experience of Dr.Levine and staff I was fitted with corrective shoe inserts (arch supports) and had follow-up visits to actually learn to walk again. It has been only 45 days now, and not only can I walk without pain, I can run and do the normal daily activities of life.
Thank You Dr. Levine and Staff

My name is Donna and I’m a 39 year old pregnant woman who came to the Florida Biomechanics Group seeking help for severe heel pain in my right foot that radiated up to my calf muscle. This is my fourth child and I have experienced foot pain before with my other pregnancies and thought this was something I needed to learn to live with.
The initial (taping) treatment caused the heel pain to go away which pleased me very much. We then discussed the possibility of making custom orthotics to continue with healing process. I agreed because I didn’t want to deal with that pain again. After wearing the orthotics for a few weeks I noticed less pain in both my feet and less tenderness after walking all day.
But the real surprise came when I went to my brother-in-laws wedding and had to wear my fancy and dreaded dress shoes. To my surprise and delight I realized that I kept my shoes on all day with no pain, blisters or sore feet at the end of the day.
Am I happy with these orthotics? Yes very much so. I truly believe that they have changed my feet and life for the better. I know I can wear just about any type of shoes without carrying band-aids. This was all done to my absolute delight without injections or surgery.
I am truly grateful to Dr. Levine and the staff at Florida Biomechanics Group for giving me my walking feet back.
Sincerely,
Donna D.
In recent years, I have been experiencing pain which I attributed to past injuries throughout several areas of my body. After meeting with Dr. Levine about the pain in my feet and Achilles tendonitis, he suggested (foot) orthotics, claiming that their support would help to straighten out my body and fix some of my aches.
In less than four months, a large percentage of my back pain has left and I no longer experience any pain in my knees. My feet and ankles are on the mend and for the first time in two years I can stand or walk all day without discomfort. Thank you Florida BioMechanics Group!
Daryl Hill
Dear Dr. Levine,
I want to thank you for your patience in getting me back to wanting to walk due to my now being pain free! You worked very hard to get me comfortable using my “old” orthotics before suggesting that I try your new orthotics. You did not pressure me and let it be my decision as to how long I wanted to have my hip, back and foot pain.
Now with the new orthotics and the new sturdy walking shoes I am now pain free and can walk for hours. (you know I love to walk at Disney). It is now a joy to get up in the morning.
I would also like to thank Dr. John, Jennifer and Lee for their encouragement and help to make me pain free.
Sincerely,
Wanda J. B.
Dr. Levine,
When I was in high school, I had two surgeries on my left foot. By the time I was 19, I could hardly walk. At the end of the day, after work, I was done for the day. Dr. Levine’s (old arch support) company made me a pair of orthotics and they seemed to work ok (but I still had discomfort). So I went to see Dr. Levine and we tried to make them work over many appointments (with minimal success).
Finally, we decided to mold my feet for new ones (arch supports now made in house). After only one visit in four months, I feel amazing! I can walk with out pain and can work an eight hour shift at work. It has changed my life.
